Bitten by the Bug's challenge this week was use to use the Monograms cartridge. We had to use one huge letter....a monogram! I am so into fall right now that I just had to do something "fallish!" So I settled on the letter f. I used some old Life's Journey paper for the background, and sewed it using the zig zag stitch. I cut the large scalloped circle using my Cricut. (Which is nice because it cuts from 1 inch all the way up to 51/2 inches! ) I cut the tree using an old Marvy punch. The leaf is by Quickutz. I used a jewelry tag for the rest of the word and added a cute little Lasting Impression's button. And last but not least...I added some sparkle using Stickles and my Sakura glitter pen.
BTW....Did you know that my good blogging buddy and fellow
Tuscan Rose DT member,
Kelly Sampson and her hubby, Jason have come out with their own line of stamps? She currently has 2 sets and is selling them over by
Gina K. They are both so adorable! Check out the samples they both have! Congratulations on your new endeavour!
