Tin Box Creations for Scraptivity!

I subscribe to a once a month scrapbook kit, Scraptivity! I look forward to my "pizza" box every month filled with goodies! It always includes brand new products from various manufacturers. You get lots of paper, embellishments and a stamp set in a cute tin. (I am totally about the packaging....if it looks cute...gotta have it!) The stamps sets used to be by Gel-a-tins, but now it is by a company called Tin Box Creations. The images were colored in with my Prismas and gamsol. The sentiment and coffee beans were from My Favorite Things. The paper is all SU! except for the scalloped paper, which is Creative Imaginations. (If you haven't noticed I use this paper A LOT!) I did a little sewing, added a little ribbon, distressed, and it was a done deal.
I believe that Memory Maker's was supposed to call the winners by today....I didn't get a call. I have to admit I am disappointed and sad. I knew it was a long shot....but there was a small part of me that dreamed about winning. I have been submitting cards and layouts and have yet to be published. I keep doing it, but it is hard not to get discouraged. Oh well, I guess there is next year.....

  16. Oh wow, Michele, you did a wonderful job on the coloring of the pug! I'm going to have to try again. I think you did so well making the stamped image look like Bruno, which happens to be the perfect name for a pug. I just knew you'd be able to make that stamp worth it for me!! Thanks!

  17. I just adore your pug card! Although I don't have a dog, whenever we do discuss future pets, a pug is always my vote. I just adore those faces and their disposition! Bruno looks like a sweetheart!
