I bought the sweet chips dress from my favorite on-line store, Crafty Secrets. I covered it with white felt. I gathered tulle and sewed it on for the bottom of the dress. I then covered the waist band with pretty ribbon from Pine. I added smaller ribbon to the collar and sleeves. Finally, 3 rhinestones were added to emulate buttons.
I am giving this card to my beautiful niece, Katie on Sunday for her baptism. Brian and I were chosen as her Godparents. He is an only child and was so excited to be picked. He was truly honored!
