This week's
Bitten by the Bug challenge was perfect for me! I am celebrating my 15th wedding anniversary on the 29th of May. I do feel lucky to be married to my high school sweetheart.....AND still like him! This word is found on the Alphalicious cartridge. The paper is by Prima. I used my star punches from SU! ( I am addicted to these!) I found some old Scrabble letters to spell out, ME. Of course my card wouldn't be complete without some sewing, ribbon and rhinestones!
So what did Brian surprise me with you ask? Well, here's the scoop. He took me downtown to Navy Pier. We walked around the lakefront, people watched, listened to the band, and had a cold beer. At 7:00 PM we boarded the Odyssey Ship.
We had a lovely dinner cruise.
The dinner was superb, the dessert Divine, and the company was perfect! AND....I got gifts! I will show those off tomorrow, since this post is already pretty long!
I am so lucky to be married to a man who treats me like a princess and really "gets me." We have been through so much in these 15 years.....and we have only gotten stronger because of it. I wouldn't want to go through life with anyone else but him......He's a keeper!

Happy Anniversary! Sounds like you had a great day celebrating a little early. I love going downtown...any exuse to soak in the city. Can't wait to see your gifts. Oh and I LOVE your car...now I need that darn star punch.
