I needed some birthday cards and decided to pull out this cute Sweet 'n Sassy set. I used Stickles on the flames and icing to make it look yummy! The ribbon was Jody Morrow's ribbon share....isn't it cuddly looking? The stars were cut using my Nestibilities and the background stamp was Cornish Heritage Farms. 
I paper pieced these Sweet 'n Sassy balloons on various Foo Fa La papers. After piecing them together, I added crystal effects and added the balloons' strings. The embossed circle as an old Cuttlebug mini folder. I just centered it and embossed. I wanted something to softly frame the balloons. Off to school again today.....almost done setting up my room! I am concentrating on getting organized and everything in its proper place!
