Happy Birthday........Snail Style!

Happy Tuesday! It is snowing like CRAZY here..........AGAIN! Just pile on another 8 inches on top of the foot we already have........no really, I don't mind shoveling for the millionth time.....really.......

This week's Bitten by The Bug challenge was to use the snail cut, from the A Walk in the Garden cartridge. I used my new pad of Basic Grey paper and some Papertrey Ink ribbon. This glitter is super sparkly. It is from Japan, and I just purchased it from Craft Fancy. I cut the label with the Sizzix die cut.

I tied the sentiment to his neck because I figured he couldn't "carry" it any other way! He has no hands you know!!! Ha ha! I crack myself up.......ok, I know, don't quit my day job.......
I think I am tired and I am a bit slap happy. Stress will do that to a gal.......
Cortney is seeing a new neurologist and geneticist tomorrow. She has been undiagnosed for the last 13 years. ( When people ask what is wrong with her, I tell them Cerebral Palsy.....because it is just easier). We went through a ton of testing years ago with no luck. IT is hard not knowing what went wrong with your baby. There is a huge part of me that still needs to know. So keep your fingers and toes and any other body parts that can cross, crossed! Maybe now, the docs can give us some answers.
Till tomorrow! Ciao!

  3. Love your card!

I can't imagine not knowing what was wrong with one of my children. My prayers go out to your family. The answer is out there...Are all the symptoms of CP there? Has this been a lifetime problem? Without knowing what is wrong, are they able to help her in any way?

  5. That is so adorable! I love how you cut out the top background layer.

Good luck with the doctors tomorrow. I have a little idea what it's like going without diagnosis for so long, but not to the degree that you have. It's a horrible feeling, that's for sure. Hope they can finally give you some answers!
