Three!

Happy Friday! Such a busy day ahead of me! Today will be the closing Olympic ceremonies at my school. The kids will get their medals today! After school, I have a "date" with my hubby......a very long overdue "date!" Just dinner, nothing fancy. But no children, and a chance to catch up and be adults. I am looking forward to it.....

I created this card using some old paper in my scrap drawer. I used Crafty Secret's Birthday Kids' set. The image was colored with Copics. I stamped the candles and cut each one out. I placed three of them behind the button/ribbon. (Cute right? For a little boy turning 3?) : )

    I love the embellishment with the candles. Very clever! Having an 18 month old grandson, I think I need to get this stamp set...so many possibilities! This is the sweetest card!

    Enjoy your date night....they are SO important. Love this card....I am wishing for another grandson but have no idea where he will come from. We have 4 grandsons and 7 granddaughters. I just love little boys.
