Happy Valentine's Day!


Good morning and Happy Valentine's Day to you! I am home today with a sick one......the flu bug has hit our house......it is most unpleasant! I have been doing lots of laundry and disinfecting. So today I will be taking care of my girl.......and hoping she feels better soon. Today I have a card to share with you using the Cricut Chore Chart cartridge. I had this stamp from ages ago and thought the lawn mower image was a perfect match! I cut the lawn mower at 2" and used all of the layer functions. The grass was cut using my Martha Stewart fringe scissors. The paper is Papertrey Ink and Cosmo Cricket. I added a small jewelry tag and punched a tiny heart to tie to the bottom of the card. Even though this card is for my hubby, it couldn't escape being glittered! (He is a modern man.....he'll like the glitter! ; )

    I love your card. A few years ago I was going to make my dad a card that said Happy Birthday and on the inside, "And many mower!" He loved to mow the grass. He passed away before I was able to make that card. Your card brought a smile to my face though as I think of my dad!
