Creating a Plaid Background with Tape!

I am up on the Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L Blog today. I am sharing a full step by step tutorial on how to create this fun plaid background. I used the new Home and Hobby double sided tapes.  I've used this technique before on THIS card!  

I've also used a few of my other favorite products from Spellbinders and SRM Stickers!

Retro Glam

Good morning!  I have a retro glam card to share with you today! It uses a fun image from the Girlfriend's Creative Scraps collection, by Crafty Secrets.  I dolled it up a bit  by using a doily that peeks out from underneath, a couple of red roses, ribbon, and a few rhinestones.

The papers in shades of red are also from Crafty Secrets. 

I love that making a card takes so little time, because the image itself is so cute! 

Cort is slowly healing, but definitely feeling more like herself these days.  She requested that she "model."  So I dolled her up and shot a few pictures of her.
