Good morning! I am so excited to be a part of the Spread Joy Not Germs blog hop! I am representing Whimsy Stamps! We are all about spreading joy and prizes! Yes! prizes! This is such a difficult time for many, so we are hoping to bring out a little sunshine for you!
The card I have for you today uses this gorgeous Lattice die from Whimsy Stamps. I used it with kraft card stock and left the little pieces in. I just wanted to give the background a bit of texture.
The flowers were cut from felt and uses the new Poppy Flower Die set. To make the smaller "bud" I cut one of the petals off and glue the 3 remaining petals together. I sort of pinch it at the ends. I added silk ribbon and stamped a sentiment from the Easter Memories set. I added this pretty floral paper from the Fabulous Florals 6x6 paper pack. As a finishing touch I added a few gems from the Sparkletz-Lucky Charms.
Be sure to head on over to Brenda Noelke's Blog!

ReplyDeleteHi Michele:
ReplyDeleteI am loving your sweet Spring card. I'm such a lover of wool felt, so this is one I will be lifting (as is the case with most of your art). The stamens in the flower centers is a lovely touch as well. Thanks for sharing your talents.
I hope this finds you doing well. I do think of you and I still pray for Cortney and your family. Stay safe and healthy during this chaos...and always.
Hugs & Blessings,
