Watercolor on Black Paper

I've been in the mood lately to experiment and try new things.  Like water colored hearts stamped on black paper for example.  ;)  I used the Slimline Heart Border stamp set.  It was stamped with Versamark on black water color paper and embossed in gold.  I used Karin Metallic Brushmarkers and Kuretake water colors. I did the wet on wet technique to really blend and move the colors.  Once it was to my liking, I splattered it with a bit of gold, and white acrylic paint.  

The colors are so rich and pretty in person! I added the thinking of you sentiment from the Slimline Heartbeats Die set.  I added a few gold sequins from the St. Patrick's Day Confetti Mix.
