My favorite piece is my late mother's engagement/wedding ring. I wear it every day - right next to my own wedding ring. My folks had the best marriage and I miss them so much. To be honored to have her set is special to me. By the way - LOVE this site ... so many beautiful pieces.

I so love Shabby Apple! Actually...one of my favorite dresses is from them! It's a fabulous red dress that makes me feel like I've stepped off the set of MadMen and I LOVE IT!

I love the ring that my Grandma gave me while visiting her in England when I was twelve. It has a lot of sentimental value because it used to be hers and it reminds me of that trip of a lifetime. I love Shabby Apple and would love to win the GC!

ReplyDeleteHI, Its be so fab to win this. My favorite piece of jewelry is a St Patricks day pin that is hand made of a "St Paddy fish, wearing a hat and a dangling glass beed shamrock dangling beneath it. Its cute, holidayish and one-of-kind but not dorky cute.

My favorite piece of jewelry is my necklace...because it has my cross and my mizpah coin (my hubby wears the other half on his cross chain)....they saying on it means "Lord please watch between us while we are apart". He was active duty when he bought it for us :) I never take them off.
ReplyDeleteI have had a particular non-wrinkle, no-iron, black traveler dress for sometime. (Like, over 10 years, I'm embarrassed to say....) It has gone with me to Paris, to London, to Cancun, to Puerta Vallarta, hiking, white water rafting, to Disneyland, to Great America, and a host of other places! I don't know what I'd do without it. It's my absolute staple item.
