Blog Candy Winner!

I enjoyed reading all of your resolutions or "non-resolutions!" I myself, do not make resolutions.  I find that I don't stick with them.   Many of you stated that you set goals for yourself.  I like to set goals for myself as well, because I can do it continuously through the year.  I find that I am much more successful at achieving them.  But those of you that make resolutions, you are better women than I am! ; )  And kudos to you!

Well the time has come to announce the blog candy winner.....I went to Random.org and number 15 was selected!  (If anyone knows how to paste the widget, please share. I am a bit computer challenged at times.) ; )

Number 15 was Melissa!  She said,"For New Years.. I want to cook healthier for my family. I always enjoy your blog, much happiness to you in 2013!

Thank you all so much for participating!  I am so glad I got to know a little bit more about each of you!

  1. Congratulations, Melissa!!
Lynn to get the random.org image, you need to do a screen capture. On a Mac the shorcut is to press these three buttons in order while holding down the first and second buttons while pressing down the others. So you will be holding down all three buttons when you are done. 1. Control (next to the space bar with the apple on it) 2. Shift 3. 4 (The numeral 4) When you've done that, you will see a + with a circle in the center and number below it. It moves with your mouse. Click and hold down at the bottom corner of the image then while holding down move to the opposite corner of the image. Whatever is in the grey box will be saved as a jpg image on your desk top.
I'm not sure how to do it with a pc, but here is a link to a tutorial. http://www.wikihow.com/Take-a-Screenshot-in-Microsoft-Windows
