Two New Cards!

Hello!

I've got a couple of cards to share today using two new sets from Whimsy Stamps.  The first stamp set is called, Bear Bubbles.  I used a no line coloring technique and Zig Clean Color Markers.  I cut the image out with the Spring Rectangles die  Glossy accents was added to the bubbles and I tied an orange bow to finish off the card. 

My second card uses the new, Don't Mean to Bug Ya set. I colored the images with Copics.  Did a funky machine stitching and added a red bow. Simple, but fun!

Window Card

Hello!

I have a quick post today sharing a card I created using Whimsy Stamp's Fairy Land stamp set.  This sweet image was colored in a no line coloring technique.  I used my Zig Clean Color Markers.  I created the window using an oval die from the Spring Ovals die set.  I added a red gingham ribbon for an added pop.

Easter-No Line Coloring

Well hello there!

I have another Easter card to share with you today using this sweet image from Whimsy Stamp's, Easter Bunnies.  I stamped in a no line ink and used my Zig Clean Color Markers.  I did a bit of machine stitching and adhered it to this fun plaid paper from the Pink Plaids collection.   The card was finished with a sheer polka dot bow and a few hearts.

Easter

Hello!

I have another couple of projects to share using Whimsy Stamp's Easter Bunnies set. This set is so sweet, I just can't get enough of it!  I again, used my Zig Clean Color Markers and a no line coloring technique.  The card uses the Spring Ovals Die set.  I added some pearls, a punched flower, and some silk ribbon.  

I wanted a box to accompany my card so I used the Mini Treat Box Die.   I added some vintage paper, silk ribbon, and a punched flower and tag from my stash.

Easter Blessings

Hello friends!

Today is Whimsy Stamp's new release day! So many Easter goodies to share!  This cutie is part of the new stamp set called, Easter Bunnies.  I did no line coloring with my Zig Clean Color Markers.  I created a "nest" using a bit of mummy cloth by Tim Holtz and giving it a spritz of Distress ink in Salvaged Patina.  I let it dry, squished it together to create the nest.  The eggs are also from Tim Holtz.  I glued it on top of some silk ribbon. 

The background is solid card stock that was scored to give it a bit of interest.

I have a new card today sharing Whimsy's new Stencil Stackers set. It is a darling stencil that paired perfectly with the Doggie Fun Times set.   The little pup was colored with my Zig Clean Color Markers and fussy cut.  I added the sentiment directly onto my stenciled background.  I added the word congrats to the card using the Cutie ABC die set.

Raccoon Happy Days Take Two!

Hello there! Happy 4th of July!

This new Raccoon Happy Day stamp set from Whimsy, is so darling!

I decided to go with a no line coloring look using my Zig Clean Color Markers.  I cut the image out using a circle die. I used Hexagon dies to matte the image.  The patterned paper is from the Starring Hearts paper pack.I added a few posies and a bit of silk ribbon to finish off my card.

Whimsy's New Release!

Hello friends!

Today is June 20th and that means it is Whimsy Stamp's new release day!

This adorable image is part of the Turtle Tales Stamp set.  I did a no line coloring technique using Zig Clean Color Markers.  I fussy cut him out.  The background was done with Distress inks, watercolor paper, and the new Ripples Die set.   Behind the turtle I wanted to create some waves, so I used the Making Waves Stencil.   A bit of ribbon and a few clear drops finished off my card.

Whimsy Stamps New Release

Hello!

It's that time of the month again for Whimsy Stamp's new release. I know I say this every release, but this one is absolutely awesome! This card was created using the new Coneflower Frame Die. I cut it from water color paper and used my Zig Clean Color Water Color Markers.  The frame was given a coating of crackle paste and rubbed with brown ink.  A bit of sewing machine stitching and some tulle finished the card off.

Whimsy Stamps New Release!

March 1st today! This means it is Whimsy Stamp's new release day! I am in love with this new die set called, Bunny Butt.  Could there possibly be anything cuter? I used water color paper for his body and  added glossy accents and glitter to his tail.  I used the Nested Pierced Egg Die Set for the card. I used water color paper here as well and used the Smoosh method to add grays and blues.  I then used my Zig Clean Color Markers to add some grass.  

For the sentiment I used the new Easter Sentiments stamp set.  For a finishing touch I added a little posy from my stash and a bit of twine.

Obsessive Coffee Drinker

Happy Monday!

I told you last week I was a bit obsessed with this set, Give a Sip from Whimsy Stamps! ;)  I inked this cutie with a no line ink and colored it using my Zig Clean Brush Markers.  I love doing no line coloring from time to time! I stamped the sentiment directly to the image and added those hearts once again from the Slimline Heart Background Die.  The cute polka dot paper is from the 6 x 6 Mix n Match Neutrals. 

I added a bit of twine to finish off the card and a few gel pen high lights. :)

No Line Coloring Birthday card

Happy Sunday to you all!

During my recovery I have been able to do some coloring and crafting while I heal. 

I always need birthday cards and this little guy was just begging to be colored.  

He is part of Whimsy Stamp's Jungle Birthday set. I stamped him in a no line coloring ink.  I used my Zig Clean Brush markers on Bristol paper to bring him to life.  I cut an oval out of masking paper and placed it over my image.  I used a stencil from Whimsy that is now retired.  (I apologize!) But any of their stencils in the background would look great here!

I added a few sequins from the Cozy Winter Confetti collection and Stickles to the balloon.
