JustRite's New Release-Home Bakery Labels!

Are you ready for another cute release by JustRite?
This set is absolutely perfect for any sweet treats you give as gifts, or a card to accompany it, or how about a scrapbook page related to food?  You know you are one of those people who takes your camera or I-phone to restaurants to take pictures of your food! (Please tell me I'm not the only one who does that!)
It is called, Home Bakery Labels, and was designed by Samantha Walker.
I found this oven cupcake box on the Silhouette store (I can't link because my virus software is telling me the site is suspicious?)and thought they would make a perfect pair!
I decided to go retro with a pink and blue theme.
I assembled the box and added brads for the dials and such.
I stamped the sentiments in Hawaiian Shores (Papertrey Ink) on cream paper and cut them out with Spellbinder's dies.  I stamped the mini cupcakes and cut them out.  I layered a second layers of frosting using a dimensional foam circle and added glitter. I stamped the rolling pin and cut that out too. :) They were layered over the center of my satin bow.

The box opens to reveal the yummy cupcake inside! I wish I could tell you that I was talented enough to bake something so pretty.....but I can not tell a lie.  It is a store bought cupcake. ;)
Here is the set in in its entirety.  So many fun possibilities with this set!
Don't forget to stop by the other designer's blogs!
They are a talented group with lots of fun projects to share!

The Coolest Thing EVER!

Ok....maybe I'm a weirdo, but I have always loved the Viewmaster! Remember those when you were a kid?  I was lucky enough to inherit a vintage Viewmaster from 1949.  It came from Brian's Great Aunt Helen.  She was married, didn't have children, but traveled everywhere. Instead of postcards she purchased a Viewmaster reel. The reels in my possession are dated from the 40's through the 60's.  I have reels from Hawaii, Canada, to New York.  It's like traveling back in time. How things have changed since then.

I decided to stop hiding this box of treasures away and bring them out for people to enjoy..for us to enjoy. I bought this red lantern and put all of Aunt Helen's vacation reels inside. Here is her vintage 1949 Viewmaster, in all of its glory.

So you are probably disappointed wondering what is so "cool?"  Well look below!  I found a company off of
Pinterest called Image 3D, that will take your photos and put them on your VERY OWN VIEWMASTER reel!!! How cool is that?! Now I can add my family's travel photos to Aunt Helen's and continue her legacy.
I have it displayed on my end table just waiting to be viewed......quite a conversation piece right? ; )
Off to CHA Today to help set up at the JustRite booth! Can't wait to see all of my crafty friends!!
Have a great day!!!
