Merry Christmas!

Hello friends!
Sorry for my lack of posts but we are in full wedding mode.  Just 2 weeks to the big day.
Last weekend we drove through 7 states to move my son and his bride to be from SC to GA.  It's been a whirlwind lately!
I did manage to make this card for Whimsy Stamp's last release.  I used the Santa's Magic set and colored it with Copics.  I masked the image off to add the blue sky.  I added glittery snow using silver texture paste and the new, It's Snowing stencil.  I wanted him flying over the city to deliver his packages, so I used the Slimline Cityscape die in black card stock.
I added snow using texture paste, ribbon, glitter, and jingle bells to finish off the card.

Whimsy Stamp's New Release!

Good morning!
Whimsy Stamp's just had their brand new release yesterday! It's filled with so much holiday goodness!
I love this Menorah Die set.  I used a mix of solid card stock and a few water colored pieces I had in my stash.  I added Stickles to the flames and layered everything on a piece of dark blue card stock.  This panel was embossed with the Holly Slimline Embossing folder.
The sentiment is part of the Hanukkah Lights Clear stamp set. It was inked with Versamark and embossed in gold. I adhered a few clear gems to finish off the card. :)

Autumn

Hello friends!

I have another card using Whimsy Stamp's new Autumn Layered Leaves set.  My last card used nontraditional pinks and purples, but today I went with the standard oranges, reds, and yellows.  The leaves were stamped on water color paper using Versamark, then embossed in white. I fussy cut the leaves.  I added glossy accents to areas of the leaves and added glitter.  The sentiment is the new Autumn Word and Shadow die.

The sentiment was cut out using orange and black paper.  I inked the edges of it in a red to give it a bit more depth. The frames is from the Mitered Frame set.  I love the frames with the wood grain paper from the Farmhouse 6 x 6 pack!  I tucked in a few sequin leaves and a few gems from the new Confetti mix-Falling Leaves in Orange.

Whimsy has so many fun new products and their new release is right around the corner!

Whimsy Stamp's New Release!

Hello friends!
What a week it has been! I hope all of you living in the Southeast made it safely through Hurricane Ian!
My son's Naval graduation was canceled and this Mom was pretty sad about it. But in the whole scheme of things, we were safe, he was safe, and we celebrated with him over Zoom. :)
Our Whimsy Stamp's family live in Florida and fortunately they made it through safely with minimal damage.  It will be awhile before life gets back to some normalcy there.
Today's Whimsy Stamp's release is packed with some awesome new products!  I used the new Autumn Layered Leaves stamp set.  I embossed them in gold on water color paper. I went with bold pinks, purples, oranges, and reds.  I fussy cut them out. The focal point uses the Autumn Word and Shadow Die.  The background was water colored in oranges and yellows.  The scripty word was die cut using gold glittery paper.

The background was done using water color paper (see the trend? LOL) and the Mitered Frames set.  I popped the inner most frame and sentiment up using Crafty Foam Tape.  The leaves were tucked underneath and glued in place. I added a bit of gold cording.  For a final touch I used the Confetti Mix-Falling Leaves in pink.

Halloween Box Peeking Ghost

Good morning!
I have a fun Halloween box to share today using Whimsy Stamp's new Peeking Ghosts die set.  I had water colored paper in shades of gray and silver when I cut him out.  I added a bit of stamping using the Slimline Spider Webs stamp.  It was stamped in a light gray to give him texture. I gave this guy a banner from the Slimline Bunting Borders Die set. The bats from the Bat Reveals Die set are holding the banner.  I used the Hexagon Treat Box to place my ghost on.  For a finishing touch I added a few stars, gems, and teeny bats.
Check out the rest of Whimsy Stamp's new release!
Have a great day!

Ghosts!

Happy hump day!
I hope you are loving Whimsy's new release this month!
I have another card to share today using the new Autumn Ghosts set. I stamped it in Versamark and embossed it in black for a shiny finish.  The background was done using hot pink paper, the Slimline Spider Webs Background stamp, and black embossing powder.
I added more ghosts using the Boo Die Set. And if that wasn't enough, I added a couple of glittery silver spider webs from the Spiders and Webs Die set.  It was fun changing up the traditional Halloween colors!
Thank you so much for stopping by today!
Be sure to head on over to Whimsy Stamps to see the full release!

Whimsy Stamp's New Release!

Hello friends!
Today is Whimsy Stamp's New Release Day!! Wooohooo!
I am in love with this new Dungeon Door Rubber stamp. I stamped it twice on water color paper.  I used Oxide inks to bring it to life.  The door itself was cut out.  I added Grit Paste to the door to age and "spookify" it a bit.  I popped it up with Crafty Foam tape.
I added a few ghosts from the Boo Die set. I also added spiders and spiders webs from the Victorian Gothic Confetti Mix.   The sentiment is from the Hocus Pocus Kittens set.
You are definitely going to want to pop over to Whimsy Stamps to see the full release! Halloween with a touch of Christmas stirred in!
