Today is Whimsy Stamp's new release day!
I used the new Party Mood stamp with this adorable cow! I colored the image with Copic Marker and added Stickles to the candles. The background was a combination of patterned paper from Starring Hearts 6 x 6 paper pack and red card stock. I gave it a bit of interest by doing some wonky sewing machine stitches. A black and white gingham bow was the finishing touch.
