My last week before going back to work! Boo hoo!

I just bought this All in the Family set from SU! with hopes that I could make some family plaques for Christmas presents. I struggled A LOT with this card. I stamped the clouds 3 separate times, stamped the little girl twice. Wasn't sure I really liked the flowers.....But after playing, redoing, restamping, and repositioning a thousand times....I guess it came out OK. I used some of my new paper, River Rock, Sky Blue, and Purely Pomegranate. The sentiment was from Michael's dollar bin. I went over it with Sakura's gelly roll glitter pen. The ribbon as usual was from my stash and have no idea who made it!

This is my last week off....then I am off to change 26 5th graders' lives! I will be busy this week setting up my classroom and such. It will be much busier for me! I am hoping to post as often, but not sure....we will have to see!

I like the card! I have been thinking about getting that set as well, mainly for me to use for note in my 3rd grade classroom. It is one that you just need to get used to, or are you not a fan of it all together?

Have a great week off - I am right there with you!

Well, I think this turned out Fabuloso!! :) My girls fell in LOVE with this set and are still begging me to get it. I know there's alot you can do with it, I'm just kinda hesitant about the cost etc. BUT...wouldn't it be great to make personalized note cards for Christmases etc.?? I can't wait to see your "plaques" I'll need some ideas. ;) {{HUGS}}
