............It's Monday?

Seriously Monday? How the heck did THAT happen? It seems like only moments ago I was shopping for new doors and having dinner with my little family......when BOOM! The weekend is over already!

We did manage to get our doors, and have them installed on Saturday. I painted doors and wood work allllllllll day! We had our Palm Sunday lunch yesterday. My step sister's kids were sick and weren't able to make it. So I didn't get a chance to see them. I did get some great pics though of my other niece and nephew on their Easter egg hunt and trying on some Easter bonnets! Will be scrappin' those babies soon!

Unfortunately, my back is feeling the effects of painting allllll day on Saturday! LOL! I am suffering a bit because of it. Went to bed early last night , took my Aleve, and did absolutely nothing crafty last night......bummer.

I did manage to make this card Friday night for a baby shower I was invited to.

It uses Crafty Secret's Cotton Scraps. I love these because they are fabric and you can pull the ends and unravel them a bit. The images are so detailed and beautiful.
I used Melissa Frances, vintage book paper, buttons, and a doily. I added some tulle and stick pins to soften it up a bit.
Off to take some more Aleve, head to work, and pray that this back pain goes away soon.......
Have a great day! : )

Michelle - you know I adore your vintage card. The tulle and fancy heart shaped stick pins are sensational. I sure wish I knew where to purchase the Melissa Frances paper. I hope you're back is on the mend soon.
