I have a project to share with you today that I created for the Cricut Circle last December. I found some cute paper mache boxes at Hobby Lobby. You know the ones that are brown, plain, and bit ugly? But they only cost .99 cents? I covered them with some candy cane paper that was in my stash....for a looooong time. (Think retro!) ; ) The top was covered with glittery paper by American Crafts. The circles were cut using the George and Basic Shapes Cartridge. The candy Canes were cut from the Simply Charmed cartridge. I added a tag cut from the Sentimental's Cartridge and my sentiment is by Papertrey Ink. I added a green jingle bell for contrast and some of this fuzzy, sparkly twine.
I did go to the doctor the other day and was told I have a sinus infection. I was placed on an antibiotic and steroids. Unfortunately, the antibiotic made me break out in a blotchy rash all over my body! : ( I had to stop those immediately! I am not sure I feel much better......but it has only been a couple of days, so I guess I need to give it a bit more time.
My van is also sick and going in the shop today. The exhaust system.....again...for the zillionth time! Blech!
It is happy hump day though.....so I am one happy camper! : ) Hope you have a great one today!!!

Love the boxes! They're so glittery & I like how much the green bell pops - TFS!
Love those little boxes. Being sick at Christmas should not be happening. Get better soon and the same for the van. Regina
just voted again! WTG Michele!
VERY cute project, Michele. I am always more than happy to vote for you, and again, would be very grateful if you would stop by and "follow" my blog. Good luck with the voting, I'm happy to do it, and it looks like you're well out in the lead. I realize i sound like a broken record, but it can't hurt for me to keep asking for you to follow me.
Blessings,
Karen

Love your boxes ... Happy Holidays to you !
Your Christmas crafts are really beautiful! I wish I could be as creative as you. About your sinus infection, if I were you, I'd say away from antibiotics anyway. I am a chronic sufferer and after trying antibiotics a few times, I realized they don't work as well as they should. Try using a saline nasal spray or steam inhalation to relieve your symptoms. It works for me! Heather
