Can I Moose be Feminine?

You know how you start a card and sometimes, just sometimes, it ends up going in a direction you hadn't intended?  But then you realize that you've spent an hour of your life creating such card? So what does a crafter do? Roll with it!
When I first saw this stamp, Moose Scene, I thought perfect...this is great for all of the men in my life.
Mmmmmmm...
Do men like pinks and pastels? ;) Maybe.
Or I have a girlfriend who lives in Alaska that might adore this card?
Anyway, not sure how it turned out so feminine.....but it did.
I used my Zig Clean Color markers directly to the rubber using my Misti.  I love this technique because you can stamp repeatedly and change up the colors as you go.  I added white gel pen lines to the trees because to me, they looked like Birch trees. I cut the image out using the Shaker Maker Rectangle Die.  I layered it on white and kraft card stock using the Zig Zag Stitched Rectangle Dies.
I added the birthday die cut and a scattering of stars from the Sparkletz, Lucky Charms set.

So there you have it....a feminine moose birthday card!  (Say that 5 times fast!) ;)
Have a great day my friends!!
