Practicing with the 'ole Copics!

Now that I am officially Copic Certified, I figured I better practice, practice, practice!! I wouldn't want anyone visiting here saying to themselves, " SHE is Copic Certified? Well just look at that awful coloring!"

One of the girls at the class (Julie) had a few stamps with her. She had this adorable Whipper Snapper image that she was kind enough to loan to our table. There is LOTS of coloring on this image. I think it took about an hour just to color it. Simone was giving me a really hard time saying that my once 4 hour cards would now take 5! (She is a funny gal that Simone.) Since the image was rather large I just matted it and used my new paper from K & Company. I also added some pretty felt ribbon because no card is EVER complete without ribbon!

I just posted a tips & techniques page over at Noel Mignon's blog. I hope you go check it out! What is it? How to add texture to your scrap pages!

Thanks so much for stopping by!

This is about the happiest little card ever! I love the happy colors, I love the happy treats, I love the happy little critter...well, he looks a little stuffed and maybe a little uncomfortable if you really study the expression on his face, but we know he was happy getting that way!
