- I am a mother of two children, a fifteen year old son, and a seventeen year old daughter with cerebral palsy. I have been married almost 20 years and counting! I have a poodle/bischon mix named Skippers, and a new addition, a King Charles Cavalier Spaniel, Myla. I have been teaching for 16 years and am currently teaching 5th grade. I have a scrapbooking group that I call my "support" group, as some of them also have disabled children OR work with disabled children. IT's all about the talking, laughing, and maybe a scrapbook page or two!
