Hello!
I have a quick post today sharing this month's Whimsy Release and my favorite medium lately, Karin Brushmarkers. This adorable set is called,  Best Fishes.  I love the faces on these! I water colored all of the images with Karin Brushmarkers.  I added a bit more depth and shadows using a black colored pencil. I also added high lights with a white gel pen.
The images were fussy cut.  I created my own window panel using Whimsy's new Rounded Rectangles die.  I stamped the sentiment in between the panels.  The background paper is from the
6 x 6 Cozy Winter Pack.  I popped the panels and fish up using Crafty Foam Tape.  Glossy accents was added to the balloons.
For a finishing touch I added a sheer yellow ribbon and a scattering of hearts from the Sprinkletz-Sweetheart collection.  ( I am seriously addicted to these tiny hearts!)
So today I am headed to Misericordia for Cortney's 4 year annual meeting.  It is hard to believe she has been living and thriving there for 4 years!  She is so active and involved over there....it makes my heart happy.  I can rest easy each day knowing how much she is loved and cared for. :)
It's hard letting our kids go and live their lives....especially if they are intellectually disabled.  But this truly has been such a blessing for her.  And us.
Have a great day friends!
