Crafty Secret's Kitchen Blog Hop! AND Blog Candy!

Vicki issued the DT a kitchen inspired challenge this week. I decided I would like a cute notepad for my shopping lists. I used the new Kitchen Creative Cuts for the main images. I used Crafty Secret's paper as well as Papertrey Ink. Off hand I can't remember who makes the polk-a-dot paper. ( I really need to start writing this stuff down!) I added a Melissa Frances glittered chip board heart, some rhinestones, and some buttons. I glued the ribbon under the DP so I can tie it closed.
Aren't these images the cutest?
I purchased the notepads from Papertrey Ink. I placed a magnet behind my notepad so it sticks on the refrigerator.

I also have a kitchen themed card......using the Girlfriends Creative Scraps. (But they are in a kitchen!)
I love punching little squares for the background and then using my sewing machine to pierce the perimeter. (It is sooooo much faster than piercing it by hand!)

It is my turn to host the blog candy this month, if you leave a comment here on my blog, you will have a chance to win a $30.00 gift certificate for Crafty Secrets!!! (Sandy is sooooo generous!) I will pick a winner by Wednesday night.
Make sure to check out the other DT gals' fabulous projects!

Have a wonderful day!!!!
