Holiday Slimline Card!

Good morning friends!
I have a new slimline card to share with you using some new products from Whimsy Stamps. This Fairy Sweet image is from Crissy Armstrong.  I colored her using Copic markers and fussy cut her.  I used the new Slimline Scenic Countryside die set for the frame and snow hills.  I added glossy accents and glitter to the frame and tops of the snow hills.  The background is from the new 6 x 6 paper pack, Blurry Flurries
This sweet gal and her friend were popped up using Shaker Maker Foam Tape. Crystal Stars and one teeny heart were added as a finishing touch to the card.
Anyone have their Christmas tree up yet?  I am so ready to decorate and make my home cozy!
Be sure to stop by Whimsy Stamps to see the entire release!
Have a great weekend!

Party Like a Dragon!

Today is November 10th, which means it is time for Whimsy Stamp's new release! This adorable set is called, Dragon New Year.  I just love this guy drinking out of the punch bowl!  Lately, that's what I want to do.... ;)
He was colored with Copic Markers. I added glossy accents to the bowl and cups.  I stamped the sentiments in coordinating colors.
I backed the image with the new Tartan Paper.  Sheer ribbon was tied at the top, and a few hearts from the Sweethearts Sprinkletz collection.

Be sure to head over to the Whimsy Store to see the full release! You will LOVE it!

Magical Winter

Happy Monday!
I have a new card today using Whimsy Stamp's new Slimline Scenic Countryside Die!
I loved playing with all of the different pieces of this set and seeing the scene come together.  I colored each of the pieces with Copic Markers.  I backed each of the buildings with yellow paper for a soft glow. Glitter was adhered to the roof tops with glossy accents.  The night sky was created using water color paper and Tim Holtz inks.  I splattered it with diluted white acrylic paint.  The sentiment was stamped with Versamark and embossed in white.
I used Shaker Maker Foam tape to pop up some of the houses and the horses for a bit of added dimension. I added a few stars from the Lucky Charms Sparkletz collection. For finishing touch I tied gold cording and a couple of jingle bells to make it a bit more festive. ;)
Thank you for stopping by today!
Be sure to pop over to Whimsy Stamps to see their entire collection!

For the curved bottom piece I used the Slimline Scenic Countryside die.  (I have a card coming soon using this awesome die set!)
I added ribbon and jingle bells to finish the card off.

31 Nights of Halloween-Day 26!

Hello friends! Michele here with a not so frightening Halloween Treat Box! I am a bit partial to "cutesy" Halloween. ;)
So for my treat box, I started with the adorable Spooktacular set.  Who doesn't love a selfie taking ghost? I colored him with Copics and fussy cut him out.
I created a shaker box using the Hexagon Treat Box Die and the Nested Hexagon Dies
I glued the acetate behind the yellow frame and popped it up with Shaker Maker Foam Tape.  I filled it with these fun Hocus Pocus Sprinkletz.  I tied black string and added one of the Sprinkletz to the center of the bow.  I added glossy accents to his eyes as a final touch

Thank you so much for stopping by today!!
