Whimsy Stamp's New Quick Card Fronts!

Hello!

Life seems to be going a million miles per hour these days, so when Whimsy Stamp's came out with Quick Card Fronts, I was over the moon!  You could do absolutely nothing and the images alone make an incredibly cute card! I do tend to be a fusser, so I added some machine stitching, ribbon, and a fun vintage clover to finish off the card.  

The clovers were created using the hearts from the Cupcake die set, vintage book paper, clear crackle paste, and a black distress crayon. 

I love how easy these cards were to make! And the images.....WOW!

It's Your Happy Birthday!

Hello friends!

Today I have a fun birthday card with a wintery, vintage flair.  It uses Whimsy Stamp's Cupcake Die set paired with the Fun With Words Die & Piggies Crushed it to create the sentiment. To create the slimline card, I used the new Polaroid Die.  So fun!!  Since we have been in the deep freezer here in Illinois, I decided to add some snowflakes to the top along with a sugared heart.  

Some fun, metallic paint splatters finished off the card. :)

Little Piggy!

Hello friends!

I have a card today using a new stamp set from Whimsy Stamps called, Piggies Crushed it! I colored this adorable little piggy with Copics and fussy cut the images out.  I added liquid applique and glitter to his party hat.  The background was done with the cloud stencil.  The heart is from the new Cupcake Die set.  :)

Whimsy Stamp's New Release!!

Hello Friends!

I hope you had a wonderful holiday season!

We are in the deep freeze here in Chicago.  Minus 30 with wind chill.....BRRRRR!

I am excited to share a card today using a fun new stamp set from Whimsy called, Dontcha Know.

This little lady cracks me up!

I colored her with Copics, added pearl earrings, and a small die cut heart covered with glossy accents. 

The background paper is from the new 6 x 6 Chocolate, Caramel, Coffee paper.  

A big red bow finishes off the card!

O' Holy Night

Hello friends!

I have a quick post today sharing Whimsy Stamp's Nativity Stamp set.  The manger was my own creation using scraps of black paper. The night sky was done using the It's Cloudy stencil.  I added a few stars with a white gel pen.

Let it Snow Shaker Card!

Hello and happy weekend! 

The holidays are in full swing and I'm trying to move at the speed of lightning these days!

I have a shaker card today using some fun stamps and dies from Whimsy Stamps. I created the shaker with the Slimline Banner Die. I used a sheet of old music paper to give it a bit of a vintage feel. The cute snowman is from the Let it Snow Snowmen stamp set.  It was colored with Copics and fussy cut.  I added a scattering of snowflakes, pom poms, and a bit of machine stitching to finish off the card.

It's Hot Cocoa and Fuzzy Sock Season!

Good morning!

I feel like some days are moving at a million miles an hour. I am taking a break this morning...sipping a cup of coffee...and staying in my fuzzy socks a bit longer before the day begins. 

This card uses all the cute images in Whimsy Stamp's new Cozy Winter stamp set.  Everything was colored with Copics.  I added some fun details with liquid applique, Stickles, and glossy accents.  The background was a bit too stark white, so I added some subtle "snow" behind the images using the Polka Dot Stencil.
