Have you seen Whimsy Stamp's mini release? It's friggin hysterical! I've included the entire release below. This stamp set is called, Old Fartness and I think this lady says it all right here! I kept the card simple. Just some Copic coloring and using all of the sentiments...because honestly, who can choose?
My thoughts and ideas for cardmaking and an occasional altered project!

Easter-No Line Coloring
Well hello there!
I have another Easter card to share with you today using this sweet image from Whimsy Stamp's, Easter Bunnies. I stamped in a no line ink and used my Zig Clean Color Markers. I did a bit of machine stitching and adhered it to this fun plaid paper from the Pink Plaids collection. The card was finished with a sheer polka dot bow and a few hearts.

Have a great day!

Easter
Hello!
I have another couple of projects to share using Whimsy Stamp's Easter Bunnies set. This set is so sweet, I just can't get enough of it! I again, used my Zig Clean Color Markers and a no line coloring technique. The card uses the Spring Ovals Die set. I added some pearls, a punched flower, and some silk ribbon.
I wanted a box to accompany my card so I used the Mini Treat Box Die. I added some vintage paper, silk ribbon, and a punched flower and tag from my stash.
Be sure to check out Whimsy's full release!
Have a great weekend!

Easter Blessings
Hello friends!
Today is Whimsy Stamp's new release day! So many Easter goodies to share! This cutie is part of the new stamp set called, Easter Bunnies. I did no line coloring with my Zig Clean Color Markers. I created a "nest" using a bit of mummy cloth by Tim Holtz and giving it a spritz of Distress ink in Salvaged Patina. I let it dry, squished it together to create the nest. The eggs are also from Tim Holtz. I glued it on top of some silk ribbon.
The background is solid card stock that was scored to give it a bit of interest.

Quick Card Front Valentine Cards
Hello friends!
I am loving these Quick Card Fronts from Whimsy Stamps! These Valentine images are absolutely gorgeous! These images are part of the Chocolate Sweetheart collection. I did some distressing on the edges with Tim Holtz Antique Linen Distress Ink. Then ran my scissors down the edges to fray them a bit. I also machine stitched the panels. Each card had its own special embellishment, sentiment, and backed with the gorgeous 6 x 6 paper pack, Chocolate, Caramel, Coffee.
Can I tell you how long I've had this M&M embellishment? FOREVER! I'm so glad I finally found the perfect card to use it on!
For this card I added a flower, satin ribbon, and a pearl.
I love how quickly you can create these cards!

Have a great day my friends!

Whimsy Stamp's New Quick Card Fronts!
Hello!
Life seems to be going a million miles per hour these days, so when Whimsy Stamp's came out with Quick Card Fronts, I was over the moon! You could do absolutely nothing and the images alone make an incredibly cute card! I do tend to be a fusser, so I added some machine stitching, ribbon, and a fun vintage clover to finish off the card.
The clovers were created using the hearts from the Cupcake die set, vintage book paper, clear crackle paste, and a black distress crayon.
I love how easy these cards were to make! And the images.....WOW!
Head on over to Whimsy to see all of their Quick Card Front options!
Have a great Friday!

It's Your Happy Birthday!
Hello friends!
Today I have a fun birthday card with a wintery, vintage flair. It uses Whimsy Stamp's Cupcake Die set paired with the Fun With Words Die & Piggies Crushed it to create the sentiment. To create the slimline card, I used the new Polaroid Die. So fun!! Since we have been in the deep freezer here in Illinois, I decided to add some snowflakes to the top along with a sugared heart.
Some fun, metallic paint splatters finished off the card. :)
So many new products at Whimsy!
Have a wonderful week!
