Not Feeling very Loved These Days : (

I am feeling very unloved these days. The highlight of my day is coming home from work and seeing how many friends came to visit, and reading the comments. Lately, I have very few people commenting. I know how pathetic this sounds....but it actually makes me sad! So then, being the anal retentive person I am, start thinking.....does my work SUCK? Maybe the stuff I am posting is bad and no one has the heart to tell me! Drop me a comment if you have any uplifting words...... : )

I made these wine charms for a person in my family for Christmas. I used Crafty Secrets stamps on Shrinky Dinks, colored them in with my Copics, punched them out with my SU! scalloped punch. I attached them to wire rings and added beads. Just a quick little gift!

{{{{HUG}}}}}}. I've been feeling exactly the same way lately. My traffic is WAY down and am only get a few comments a day. I was going to write the same post, but decided against it. Then everyone just apologizes for not leaving a message,and I didn't want that. It makes me feel better you are noticing a difference too. I think it's just the holidays coming up. Everyone is busy. Keep up the great work, Michelle. We're reading, just not commenting for whatever reason. We'll just comment on each others blogs then!

Hugs,
Amy

Michele you work is awesome!! I think all blog cycle like this I think it has something to do with times of the year, summer more people are away, holiday season more people become focused on preparing for the holidays. ((((HUGS))))

No no no, you don't suck! Most of the time, I'm in too much of a hurry to scoot through my blog reads to make comments all the time!
So feel better! Cause it's not just you either. I try not to think about it sometimes, but because I know that I don't always have time to comment, I'm guessing others are the same way. Life is so busy!

((((((((HUGS))))))))) I'm sorry you feel this way. I think it's just a busy time of year and people don't get to post as much. You don't suck at all! Sorry we all haven't gotten to post often. -Samantha

Nope - you don't suck. I'm bad about reading blogs in my feeder and not leaving many comments, because I already spend WAY too many hours just reading! And my computer is SO SLOW these days, that leaving the comments takes me forever sometimes! But I'm trying to get better about leaving comments, because I love it when I get comments too! And you definitely don't sound sad or pathetic by any means - I know just how you feel! {{{HUGS}}}

Oh man, me too, and I don't have a blog so I have to look for imaginery love (that doesn't sound right) and my aunt with Alzheimer's is in the hospital and my Mom had eye symptoms yesterday and is having surgery for a detached retina tomorrow and she thinks she's ruined Thanksgiving (do you feel a little better yet) so my best friend and I (her mother passed away last year, her father's going to Texas to see her brother, and her husband has to work all day on Thanksgiving) are going to get us a nice bottle of wine and cook Thanksgiving dinner (is this helping yet?) So don't feel bummed, I'm right there with ya babe!

And those wine charms are soooo cute - who woulda thought of scalloping shrinky dink!!! I've got to make some of these. (before Thanksgiving, maybe?)

Ditto. I have been feeling the same way over at my blog. I do post sporadically I admit that but when I finally do post I am lucky if I get one comment. I always read your blog though to let you know and love your stuff. I have to admit I am a bad blog friend I don't always post a comment either. ~cheers

I totally agree with you... but it was so lovely of you to post a comment on MY blog, I thank you! Especially if you're feeling like this!

If I feel the need for a cyber-hugs, I go do a challenge, like the Gothic arches - and I meet new people that way too! :)

YOU ARE LOVED! Please don't feel down. I feel the same way you do, but thinking realistically, I think there are so many good blogs and if I would leave a comment on each blog I visit, I would be on the computer all day. I spend too much time here already LOL!

Hey don't feel so low! You know that your work is great, especially the newer stuff that i've been seeing with crafty secrets...
I'm sure no one even reads my blog..so what!!!...I write it coz it gives me creative satisfaction...someone leaving comments does feel nice..but I guess most of them read it thru a reader and don't get time to comment since most of us(me) are blurfing thru a zillion blogs a day!

So don't you feel low...here's hugs and love and kisses coming to you all the way from across the globe :)

I just recently found your blog and enjoy it a lot. I appologize for not leaving comments. I am so new to this. I never thought of your side of things before. Just to let you know, I think your blog is great! Keep it up! And thanks...

you know how I feel about this...unless you're making money based on traffic and comments, who cares? It should be for you, unless you're making money girl.
Plus, with all the problems in the blog universe with the readers and crap, I wasn't even able to comment for the past 2 days!
And I DO read way more than I comment on, bad blogger!
I guess that wasn't very uplifting.
Sorry.
Love the charms though.

Oh don't be discouraged, your work is fantastic, I know I should comment more often, I can get into the bad habit of just lurking....thanks for the reminder, I know how much comments mean to me! I'm stuck on the couch right now with the flu, maybe it was what I needed to have the time to just sit and type. Love your work, Keep it up!

Wow, I hope someone gave you a HUGE reality check!! I've been missing because my new job actually keeps me busy working (imagine that!!). By the time I get home and get anything done, I'm to tired to go blog hopping. I love your work. Never ever did I think it sucks!!

OH NO!!! Ya know what, I'm sure everyone goes through these phases. There was a time when I would spend tons of time online and leave comments days in a row, and then lately, my life got really busy and I didn't have time to even check on anyone's blogs, so I hope people don't get discouraged and take it personal, because your work is absolutely ADORABLE. Life just got really busy for us. {{HUGS}}

you may have a lot of people like me--i'm mostly a browser & leave very few comments. but that certainly doesn't mean that i don't like and/or appreciate your work. just think of your traffic as a lot of secret admirers. =)

your glass charms are awesome! I love your blog, your work but I read about 120 blogs and don't always have the time to comment. It's certainly a busy time for most people. Keep doing what you love, it doesn't go unnoticed.
