Witching You a Happy Halloween!

Good morning and happy Halloween Eve to you!  I have been slowly getting back to my crafting as the weather is turning rainier and cooler.  I bought this cute stamp set from Hampton Art! I stamped the images onto water color paper and did lots of masking here with my Mini Misti.  I cut a circle from masking paper and used both the negative and positive cut to create the night sky.  I also masked the cat and broom to make it appear that the cat was sitting on the broom.  I colored the cat and broom using my Zig Clean Color Markers.

I also added a few stars  and the sentiment.  I love that I can line everything up perfectly with the Misti!  (No more wonky sentiments!) I tied some ric rac to the top and added a scattering of purple sequins to match the cat's hat.
Tomorrow will be a crazy day at my school!  Halloween always is! But the students and teachers all have a great time getting into costume!  I will share pics later this week!
I will be back tomorrow with a treat box perfect for Halloween goodies!
Have a great Sunday!

SRM and Water Color Twist Pencils

Created by Michele Kovack
Good morning!  I have been a busy, busy girl this past week, and this week is just as crazy! Cortney had a great week last week visiting all of her friends and family.....and of course celebrating her 21st birthday. Again. (Her birthday was in May! LOL!)  This week we are in full golf outing mode.  My husband and I are once again hosting a Misericordia Golf outing.  Last year we raised $25,000 for Misericordia and hope to do the same this year!
So........with that being said, I am a bit behind on everything.....like posting this card I created for the SRM Blog.  And did I mention I am staying with SRM for another term?  YAY me! ;)

This card uses SRM's new set called Just Believe and their new Water Color Twist Pencils.  ( I also used my Mini Misti to layer the flowers and leaves)  I added some jewels to the flowers' centers, a bit of sponging around the edges, black twine, and a few Dew Drops.

Oh! And.....school stuff is starting this week too! I have math classes all day today and tomorrow! ACK! That means the summer is almost over!

Have a great day my friends!!
