Happy Holidays!

Hello friends!
I have officially started my Christmas cards for the season! I used Whimsy Stamp's Slimline Pines set. I stamped the image in a brown ink and went over the "greenery" with a Green Copic marker.  I stamped the sentiment in black.  The edges were given a bit of color using Tim Holtz' Slavaged Patina Oxide ink. I splattered additional ink with water and a paint brush.
Each pine cone was given a bit of texture paste.  I used a small paint brush to apply it.  While it was still wet, I sprinkled glitter over it to give the appearance of snow.
The background is a combination of vintage music paper and an embossed panel using the new Sweater Embossing Folder.  I tied a couple of jingle bells to the panel with twine, and added a few clear drops to finish off the card.

Whimsy's New Release!

Hello my crafty friends! I hope you had a wonderful Halloween weekend!
Cortney was home all weekend and we carved pumpkins with my sister and her family.
The weather was great and my heart was full. 💗
Today is Whimsy Stamp's November release and it has so many fantastic stamps sets and dies! I used the new Santa Sneaking die set.  It just cracks me up! Santa stuck in the chimney and Rudolph tip toeing on the roof! I added glossy accents and glitter to the snow. The house was given a bit of dimension with Texture paste and the Brick Stencil.
I used the Believe Word and Shadow die in black and white card stock.  I popped everything onto the new Christmas Eve Paper.  The sentiment is from last month's ATC Sleigh Ride set.

Thank you so much for stopping by today!
