Fun in the Sun! Whimsy's May Release!

Hello friends!

I have a fun card today that uses an adorable new set from Whimsy Stamps called, Hippo Beach! I know hippos are normally a gray color, but I took a bit of artistic licence  here.  ;) I colored the image using Copic markers.  I cut the main image out with the Pierced and Stitched Circles Die.

I used the Nested Hexagon Die set to create a fun card shape.  I also used the fun orange polka dot paper from the 6 x 6 Giraffe collection. I layered everything with Crafty Foam Tape. 

For a few finishing touches I glued real sand on the card.  I stamped the sentiment and clipped it under a clip I had in my stash.  I added a bit of twine and a few rhinestones.
