Snow Cute!

Happy weekend friends!
Just a quickie post sharing another card using Whimsy's Let it Snow Snowmen stamp set! It was colored with Copcis and the little snow balls were fussy cut.  I used some of my old dies to create a window in the front of my card. I used the Polka Dot Stencil to create a snowy scene. Ribbon and jingle bells were tied to the top and liquid applique applied to the snowball hats.
I did a bit of machine stitching around the perimeter of the card and Stickles for some added sparkle.

Whimsy Stamp's New Release!

Hello friends!
Today is Whimsy Stamp's new release day!  I think these snowmen are so darn cute! They are part of the Let it Snowmen stamp set.  They were colored with Copics and fussy cut out.  The background was done with Texture paste and the Polka Dot Stencil.   I finished the card off with some glitter, jingle bells, and ribbon. Oh! And I almost forgot, liquid applique to their hats!

Pop by Whimsy Stamps to see all the goodies!

Elves on Christmas Take 2!

Good morning!
I have another card using Whimsy Stamp's new Elves on Christmas stamp set.
I love that it has coordinating dies too!
This little elf was colored with Copics. I used the die to cut it out.  I stamped the sentiment on white card stock and added mica flakes for a snowy effect.  The background paper is from the Christmas Eve 6 x 6 Paper Pack.
I just can't resist a little heart on my projects.  I have an entire container of hearts in various sizes from using the Slimline Hearts Background die.
If you haven't yet been over to Whimsy Stamps, be sure to check out their full release! So, so many fun items!!
Have a great day friends!

Whimsy Stamp's New Release!

Happy Sunday!
Today is Whimsy Stamp's new release day! I think this new set, Elves on Christmas is absolutely adorable! I also love that it comes with coordinating dies.   This little gal was colored with Copics.  I used the new die, Twinkle Swirl Die as a stencil, rather than a die.  I just kept rotating the paper I cut and inking up the edges.  The background paper is part of the Pink Plaids 6 x 6 paper pack.
I added a few hearts from the Slimline Hearts Background Die
Be sure to stop by Whimsy Stamps to see the full release!

Halloween Grunge

Happy Hump Day!
I have a card to share with you today that started out as an experiment, a bit of messy playing.  After using Tim Holtz Crackle paste, Grit paste, chunky glitter, machine stitching and some of my favorite Whimsy Stamp's dies, this was the end result.  ;)
The light post and bats are part of the Elvira Moonlighting Die set.   The moon is from the Howling Die Set.  The gates are from the Build-a-Graveyard Die set.  The pink paper is from the 6 x 6 Pink Plaids paper pack.

Hello Friend!

Hello my friends!
I am sharing another new release from Whimsy called, Blessed Scarecrows.  I just had to ink up this crow with his hot cup of java! He was colored with Copics and framed with the new Thorny Frame Die.    The background was created using the Script Background stamp and my sewing machine.
Thank you for stopping by!
Have a great weekend!

Whimsy's New Release!

Hello friends!

Today is Whimsy Stamp's new release day!  There is also an exciting new product to share with you today....especially if you love masking, but hate the fussy cutting! Introducing new No Fuss Masks!  I used the mask for Cat-O-Lanterns.  It is such a great product because not only did I not have fussy cut, the mask itself is fairly sticky.  So even those little bits don't come up as you are inking around it.  But the best part, is when you peel it off, it doesn't stick to your image and it leaves a very clean line.  No halos around the image! I used the Thorny Frame Die and

I used the Brick Pattern Stencil to add a bit of interest to the background.  A silk ribbon was tied as a finishing touch.
If you haven't been over to the Whimsy Store yet, be sure to hop over there! You will not be disappointed!
