S'Mores

I have a fun summer project to share with you that would be great for a summer birthday party! How about some cute S'more cupcake toppers? I created the graham cracker with kraft cardstock and a bit of darker brown ink around the edges.
I took a piece of dark brown card stock, scored it, and gave it a coating of glossy accents to emulate the look of chocolate.

And of course no S'mores would be complete without the roasted marshmallows. I used my Cricut and the Outdoor Man cartridge to cut the marshmallow shape.  I covered it completely with liquid applique.  I heated it up and left it on until it started to burn the liquid applique.
I added a little SRM sticker and a bit of twine.  I added it to a fun colored paper straw....perfect for sticking in a cupcake!
We are headed out on a plane tomorrow to Branson, MO.  The day is approaching for Cort to "walk" the runway.  I am very nervous and excited for her.
Please wish us luck on this exciting journey we are about to embark on!
