Halloween Greetings!

Well I wasn't going to post today, but last night I had to run to Target for some candy and came across these cute little soap dispensers.  I like purchasing little things for Cortney's teachers and aides in the class room.
But to make it a bit more personal I took the Target tag off and created my own.
I used the Jolly Halloween Stamp set from Crafty Secrets.  I loved the sly cat sitting on the pumpkin and the super cute font used in the sentiment. I gave the cat a bit more color with Copic Markers. I used a glittery spica pen for a bit of sparkle.
A few black sequins were added and then tied with a sheer polka dot ribbon to finish it off.
Cortney is so excited to give these to her teachers at school!
It has been raining nonstop since last night........I still keep hoping that maybe somehow we will get a break this evening.
Cort will be so disappointed if she can't trick or treat. :(
So do a little rain dance today to make the rain go AWAY, okay?
I would really appreciate it! ;)
Have a happy.....and hopefully dry Halloween!

Michele, These are fabulous, what a neat idea!!!

I'm doing a rain break dance...I sat and made several treat bags over the weekend and I intend to give everyone of them out tonight.

Back to my rain break dancing. Uh-oh-Whooo!

What an adorable little gift! Great idea and can now be used at Christmas too!! I'm hoping for no rain here, too, but the forecast sure doesn't look very promising! I think thunderstorms will be really rolling in right about the time trick or treat is supposed to begin! Boo!!! ( and not in the spooky way!) LOL!
Hugs,
Teri

I can see why Cort. is excited to give these to her teachers. They are fantastic. I will do a "no rain" dance for her. Have a fun day!

You can send your rain over to us - we need it for our rainwater tanks!
