A Wish of Good Luck

Hi friends!
Whimsy Stamps is having an Instagram Hop today, if you would like to see what the other designers have created, head over to my Instagram.  :)
My card today uses the Good Luck Flowers stamp set.  It was stamped with a no line ink and colored with Zig Clean Color markers.  I gave it a splatter of gold, white, and black.  I distressed the edges with scissors and added some machine stitching.  The paper behind it is vintage music paper from my stash and green striped paper from the Mix n Match paper pack
I tied ribbon, a couple of posies, and added a few clear drops from the Sparkletz-Salt Water collection.
Thanks so much for stopping by today!

Whimsy Stamp's New Release!

Today is Whimsy's new release day and this set, AIFROGabet is just the cutest stamp set EVER! My son collected frogs for years when he was younger.  So now I kind of have a thing for frogs. ;)  I think I will have to save this card for my son's birthday!  (Even if he will be 26.  LOL) I used the coordinating dies and colored each one with my Zig Clean Color Markers. I used the frame from the Slimline Scenic Countryside die and  the Rainbow Magic Slimline paper.
I felt like the frogs needed to be nestled in something so I cut some grass from the Build-a-Fairy Garden die set. I added some dimension with Copic Markers.  I popped up some of the balloons with Crafty Foam Tape.
I used Confetti from the Fabulous Florals collection, Over the Moon, and  St. Patrick's Day.    A few pom poms were added to the party hats too! :)
Thank you so much for taking part of your day to spend here!
Be sure to pop over to Whimsy Stamps to see the full release!
Have a great day my friends!

You Lift Me Up!

Hello!
I have a new card to share today using Whimsy's Doggie Valentine Friends stamp. I used my Zig Clean Color markers to color these cuties in. I added a few white gel dots to their cheeks and nose.  I used teh Pierced and Stitched Circle dies to cut out the image. For the background I used a combination of Quilted Rainbow Inlaid die and FaDoodles Frames.
I added a few strips of patterned paper  from the Mix N Match Paper Pack, to give it a pop of color. I also added a few sequins from the St. Patrick's Day Confetti Mix.
Thank you for stopping by today!
Have a great day!

Thanks Snow Much!

Hello!
I have a card to share today that I should have shared a week ago when we got 14 inches of snow! ;) These little snow birds just make me smile.  It is part of Whimsy's Warm Winter Birds set.  I stamped it on Bristol Smooth Cardstock with a no line ink.  I colored it using my Zig Clean Color markers.
For the background I masked off the image and used two stencils.  I cut the clouds out of heavy cardstock using the Grass and Cloud Edger Die set.  I used it as my stencil.  I had this heart stencil in my stash and went over it with a light pink ink. I then stamped the sentiment in black ink for a bold contrast. A few layers of card stock and my card was done.  :)
Thank you so much for stopping by! My supply list is short today, but be sure to check out Whimsy's site for all of their goodies!

Thinking of You

Hello friends!
Happy Thursday to you!
Today is Whimsy Stamp's release day and I have this awesome new background stamp called Fruity Background. I stamped it on water color paper with black ink.  I colored it using my Zig Clean Color Markers.  I framed it using the new Connected Tiles Frame Die.  I adhered everything to the card.  I did give it a bit of splatter with black water color. The tiny hearts were cut with the "extra" background and the Stethoscope Die set.  I love the size of these hearts!
Since I had colored the entire background, but didn't need all of it for this card I cut out the "extra" lemons, added chunky glitter, string, and this adorable little lemon for the center of the bow. It comes from the Confetti Mix, Squeeze the Day.  Total deliciousness!
Thank you for popping by!

Your Love is Better Than Ice Cream!

Hello my crafty friends!
I hope you are all doing well!
I have a quick post today featuring some fun new products from Whimsy Stamps.  First is this adorable stamp set called, Doggie Valentine Friends.  It was stamped on water color paper with a no line ink.  I used the new Speckled Background Stamp, (I had masked off the pups before stamping)
I Stamped the sentiment on one of the hearts I had die cut using the Heartbeats Die Set.  I popped it up with Crafty Foam Tape and added a teeny heart.  The yellow gingham paper is from the Mix N Match Paper Pack.   I love the smaller patterns perfect for card making!

It was 14 degrees here the other day....which seemed like a perfect day to get ice cream! LOL

Thank you friends, for stopping by today!
